These are the people that will be interacting with your guests from beginning to end. Whether they're greeting or serving. At my firm, we always hire staff from staffing agencies because we know they are experienced and we can 100% trust them. As you mentioned, they will be representing our company and we need to be sure it will be a positive experience. Making them a part of the event will ensure a successful one.
